PAPEL PARA SA KINABUKASAN
The COVID-19 pandemic has brought many challenges to our community and no sector in our society has been left unscathed. And as we adjust ourselves to the unusual situation, many people are left behind - including the education sector as it shifts to new modes of learning. It is troubling that the lack of resources to produce modules can further delay and hinder every child's right to learn. Their access to education can directly affect the quality of learning that they receive but this should not be the case.
Through our project "Papel Para sa Kinabukasan", we aim to support schools and communities by providing the necessary supplies to produce modules or other materials to ensure that every child can acquire knowledge despite our current context.
Currently, the project has already helped the creation of more than fifty thousand modules and has distributed printers to schools that are greatly in need. We have reached many different schools - from far up north in Cagayan to down south in Marawi. And as the project continues to give aid, it is our goal to widen our help for every child.
