Batang Henyo PH is a non-stock, non-profit organization founded on October 2018, and registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission on 19 February 2019.

As an organization, Batang Henyo seeks to promote total child development through a comprehensive understanding of children’s rights in the Philippines. To reach this objective, Batang Henyo, advocates and facilitates the delivery of government services to communities that are often overlooked. On its own, or in partnership with like-minded organizations and other members of the private sector, Batang Henyo institutes programs geared towards the fulfillment of every child's fundamental human rights, including but not limited to providing professional and ethical legal aid to underprivileged children. It also establishes different developmental programs involving academics, arts, health, and sports for children.
